There are many stages of CPS Involvement, and if you are on our website, it is likely that somehow you have been wrapped into the "Child Welfare System." No matter the stage, there is one important thing to always remember... DO NOT EVER GIVE UP! Whether you are just dealing with CPS for the first time,  or have been involved in the system for years, there is ALWAYS a way to FIGHT BACK.

The Fight for Lilly Foundation helps provide information to parents about the corruption in the system and provides resources to information that can teach parents how to navigate the system, WITHOUT an attorney.

CPS often targets poor parents because those parents are believed to not know how to find the means to fight back. We teach parents to find those means inside of themselves.

You don't have to be rich to fight, or even have an attorney. You just have to have the desire to fight...  and the stubbornness of believing you  will  win,  no  matter  what. These things are often worth more than money or a high paid attorney when it comes to getting your kids back.

Once you start learning about the Corruption in Child Protective Services, and understand the real motives behind their involvement in the lives of most families,  you begin paying attention to the actions of the players involved and suddenly their tactics become extremely predictable.

Corrupt Social Workers will lie, deceive, manipulate, coerce, intimidate, and even threaten parents if they do not cooperate and do exactly what the social worker asks.

Parents need to remember, THEY HAVE RIGHTS. And the social worker at the door knows it, too.
